  • Boot Camp - a circuit or interval style of workout with individual exercise drills. There is a sweat your face off cardio component with a strength building section using tubes, weights and body resistance for toning. Suitable for intermediate to advanced.

  • Cardio Blast - Description coming soon!
  • Circuit - a cardio & toning class based on various stations. Class will vary with drills and intervals. Entire body is trained effectively for tone.
  • European Challenger - imagine the above class except it’s longer in duration and the focus is on the higher performers in indoor cycling. To enhance your technique and get a ride that will thrill you come try this wkend special. Intermediate to very advanced.
  • this indoor cycling class is taught by one of the first instructors to bring indoor cycling to Canada. Recently back from Europe the instructor brings the best drills from every country to give you an amazing ride that will improve your technique in cycling as well as burning major calories all while having great fun. Great for all levels except novice.Fit H.I.T. -
  • Gears - a typical indoor cycling class of 60 min duration with all your favourite drills to music. Ride on man! Great for novice to intermediate levels.

  • Step - using a raised platform on risers you will engage your cardio system by stepping to the beat of music. Knee lifts, hamstring curls, over the top are some of the phrases you will hear as you use your body resistance to elevate your heartrate. Emphasis is placed on the vertical displacement of mass as you march up, down, over and around your step. Used initially as a tool to improve the muscles around the knee after surgery for strengthening it. Standardized Testing of Exercise Performance = STEP . Suitable for beginner to intermediate participants.
  • Stretch - a traditional stretch class which focuses on the entire body. You will stretch your chest, bi’s and tri’s, hip flexors, inner thighs, IT band, glutes and calves for a whole body stretch. Each stretch is held for 45sec to 1 min. Perfect for after a weight training workout or cardio class to unwind and distress. Alleviates lactic acid build up and improves posture and coordination. Increases range of motion of joints as it reduces mental stress through internal and external focus. Suitable for any level of fitness.
  • Venice Pump - a bar bell system of weight training designed for improving strength and muscular tone. Throughout the class your elevated heart rate will continue to burn fat and improve your cardiovascular conditioning. An easy to follow format breaks it down exercise by exercise then has a recovery phase and flush to keep you toned and in your training zone. Very popular class that works the entire body. Suitable for beginners to advanced.
  • Wave N Tone - using the wave cardio machine which simulates a skating action you will burn major calories and focus on muscles of the glutes, hamstrings and quads. This class also uses the xco trainer to add extra calorie burning action into the mix. This tube creates reactive impact and gives you a vertical ab workout as a stabilizing muscle group. Connective tissue strengthens as a result of the xco tube which also serves to tone the shoulders, chest, biceps and triceps. No-where else in Canada has this Gold’s exclusive taught by director of group fitness for Gold’s Gym Canada. Great for novice to very advanced participants.
  • Yoga - class is instructed with the basic poses with options for the advanced participant to increase the difficulty level. The room is generally heated to about 80 degrees to keep all styles along the “hot” perimeter. Tension in the legs develops strength and flexibility while core remains strong, balance is a component of all poses. Breathing is directed in most classes to optimize physiological results while engaging the mind as well. Suitable for beginner to advanced.
